Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Master Room is our high end and luxury bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of an exclusive living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Neighbourhood/building: Our Downtown Residence is located near Fulton subway station. Find comfort in a luxurious apartment with a gym, rooftop terrace, and concierge. Centrally located, it takes only 15 minutes to arrive at Midtown and Times Square. At Downtown Manhattan, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, emerging art galleries are all yours to explore. From everyday conveniences to eclectic eating places. Our Residence is ideally and centrally situated, putting the things you want practically outside your door.
